Ti Tree Housing

The Ti Tree service is client focused, and attempts to create a user friendly service delivery model which is sensitive and responsive to the cultural and other needs of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.

Many of our tenants have experienced racism, exclusion and marginalization in their daily lives over a life time and respond with great relief when offered a home and the hand of friendship and a caring and compassionate response to their often complex and dysfunctional situations.

Ti Tree offers a one stop shop approach to people who use this service with processing clients on day of contact thus reducing return visits with the options of providing documents via the mail., fax, email or by hand. Flexibility in service delivery is very important and sought by our client group.
